The goal of this task is to more or less copy the Sync Ethereum Mainnet tutorial and adapt it to NEAR.

The rough idea:

Download and install near-dm-indexer and sfnear binaries
Download a snapshot from NEAR Foundation to bootstrap a node
Configuration needed to sync Mainnet correctly
Steps to test that everything works properly
