Hello. I using the official tutorial from academy.stratisplatform.com to init my Stratis node on My Raspberry PI 3b.

What i already did:

  1. Fully synced with blockchain
  2. Added a wallet from my seed phrase.

But now i wanna to start staking. My real wallet balance is 1227 STRAX coins. But node show me that balance is zero. What i'm doing wrong?

Hi @ka5itoshka - It would be great to validate the imported seed is correct. Where do you originally create the wallet?

Hi, thanks for so fast response. I trying to create a wallet at Stratis Mobile app, than on PC app. Result is same – zero balance.

UPD. Now trying to restore my wallet (created on mobile app) at PC app. Result is same with Node – zero balance, wtf??

Where did you originally create the wallet, that had the 1227 STRAX sent to it?

Could you have used a paraphrase when creating the wallet? If not, please ensure that the passphrase field is left empty when restoring.

It was created on mobile app (Stratis wallet) with passphrase. So when i'm restoring wallet – i use same passphrase too, and no errors, only zero balance..

It may be worth trying to restore without a passphrase just to rule that out. I am assuming you no longer have access to the Mobile Wallet that has the 1227 STRAX.

If you do, you can of course create a new wallet in a desktop application and then send the balance to the new wallet.

No, i have access to my mobile wallet, no problem with it.

Now i try to restore wallet without passphrase and it restored successfully with right balance, LOL. So passphrase isn't required at restore process?.

But on Raspberry Client balance is zero, i restore it with same configuration as at PC (no passphrase, but with password)

It depends whether a passphrase was defined when the wallet was first created. If you’re now seeing a balance, we can only assume that a passphrase wasn’t originally defined.

Admittedly I’ve not used the RPi client a great deal. It may be worth performing a Re-Sync. We know you’ve got the right mnemonic if you’re seeing a balance on your desktop.

– But the problem is that i 100% added passphrase when create a wallet, really. I think it's not working, when u create on mobile app....

– I am sure that I added the phrase when creating the wallet, I did it for the test and wrote everything down in my notes. I think the problem is in the mobile app.

– Can you advise, how i can re-sync my Full node? I don't have this in my menu (straxcli.py). And initial sync was about 2 days, omg.

I’ll test this tomorrow to validate.

Apologies, I meant a rescan/sync of the wallet, not the chain.

I do it about 10 times 😃 and nothing... Node balance is zero each time, even when i restore my wallet without passphrase on PC...

Here the dump of Node:

So hard to start staking, omg 😃
