Can we get a {name} variable in the email message, and perhaps:
{views} - To let recipient know how many views are allowed
{password} - To let them know about the password for the share
{expires_date} - The ability to say "The share will expire on July 30th, 2024" instead of "The share will expire in 7 days."
{organization} - Since this is multi-user, a organization name setting would be great.
🎤 Pitch
I would like to minimize extra communication by including as much information in the shared email as possible.
Having the full date lets users know concretely that they have to download by that date instead of doing mental math.
Having organization could allow the email to say something like "Matt from Company has shared some files with you" instead of just "Matt shared some files with you".
Thanks for considering!
