This is for Oppgave 2

Implement various dashboards for both global and individual practitioner viewing.

Global:

Must be able to navigate to a page to create a new template
Must be able to navigate to a page to create new questions
Must be able to navigate to a page to add a new athlete
Must have a table with all athletes

Expanded dashboard globally
Shall be on the table for athletes:

Must be able to search for ID
Should be able to navigate further via a row to see all sessions of the athlete
Should be able to navigate further via a row to see all reports to the athlete
