Vibrant Eng will be working on a Unified Accounts feature that requires the tracking of account balances over time. They were thinking about implementing this as a feature inside of the wallet backend. Have discussions with @daniel-burghardt from Vibrant Eng and talk about the possibility of implementing this in the wallet backend

UPDATE:

This will involve

1. Parsing the resulemetaxdr string in the getTransactions responseinvolve
2. Creating an additional table to store account balances over time
3. An additional API endpoint to retrieve account balances over time, in a paginated manner similar to payment history
