Multi-chain pdb

Hi,

just came across this repo, very nice project.
I was thinking about the feasibility of supporting multi-chain structures, an option could maybe be storing the offset coordinates for each chain start, couldn't it?
For large assemblies this shouldn't even impact performance too much.
Just naive thoughts. What do you think?

We are meaning to build this and improve complex/multimer support in foldcomp, however, we are not planning on implementing this right now.

I guess the biggest issue is that none has released a large protein complex databases and therefore there is not as urgent of a need.
