Add setting for handling media in deleted posts #30

There should be a setting for handling media attached to deleted posts, separate from the settings that determine how the deleted post itself should be handled.

Options might include:

  • keep media file
  • use a placeholder (current behavior for broken images, see c5b03b5)
  • remove media file
