This would make navigating the statechart in VS Code feel nice and seems doable with the info available statically.
For example, looking at the machine from the stately todo example
if I were to ctrl+click "#Todos Machine.Loading Todos" then my cursor would move up to the "Loading Todos" state
"#Todos Machine.Loading Todos"
