I am not very sure if this is a valid question but, Will it be possible to share the datasets in the form of .csv files ?

Are you asking about https://github.com/stas00/porting/tree/master/datasets/pegasus

I think a lot of this data has been since ported to https://huggingface.co/datasets e.g.:
https://huggingface.co/datasets/billsum so it should be easy to convert to .csv using the datasets API.

But otherwise, this is what we have right now.
