Ability to specify high priority references that should be used in addition to references found automatically

I would like for human assisted guidance in the research phase and in particular the Ability to specify high priority references that should be used in addition to references found automatically

for example, lets say I am writing an article on AppSec. I would like to provide a list of OWASP references (vendor neutral) as higher priority than using references coming from specific vendors as they may be biased in their narrative and approcah.
