Overworld debug camera

By pressing the touchpad will activate the debug
camera which allows unlimited movement and
stepping through frames by pressing triangle.

Character debug dash

Activating debug dash by pressing dpad right
increases the entity animation by five times
as well as allowing unlimited movement
and nocliping by pressing dpad down.
