Cathy's suggestion for main page

Cathy O'Neil (www.mathbabe.org) suggested we should have more prominent links to the mathematics on the main page. Implementation suggestion: Above the "About" section underneath the bar with "home, about, ..., add slogans" have a biggish box with heading "Contents" followed with a list of links to the main parts of the Stacks project, currently Preliminaries, Schemes, Topics in Scheme Theory, Algebraic Spaces, Topics in Geometry, Deformation Theory, Algebraic Stacks, Miscellany"

The idea is that most first time or casual visitors need to be pointed more directly to the main content of the Stacks project.
