Failed to create user (account)

I am getting an endless loop regardless of whether I try to manually solve the captcha or use the automated service. I get the error message: "Failed to create user: ______" and then it restarts the loop.

It seems to fix for this is to enter the captcha fast, at least for me. If I enter it slowly, it likely errors out
