Since new API is in place , making a map request is banable. So an option to disable TOS would be nice. More like to skip TOS :))

Without accepting the ToS, the account cannot do anything in the game. The ToS is absolutely necessary, as is the email verification process. Both of these are required or any account created can not access any data within the game.
