add Cloudwatch integration #45

Beside the existing integration of SNS, SQS, API Gateway you can also easily integrate the Cloudwatch Events into the handler.

@oprimus has already created an exemplary implementation. If you like an integration, please raise your thumb

we need CloudWatch integration as well. Are we happy to go ahead with this?
