Add Stream Application DSL Test

Need to be able to have an acceptance test that roughly resembles the example in our documentation. stream create --definition "orderGeneratorApp, baristaApp, hotDrinkDeliveryApp, coldDrinkDeliveryApp" --name myCafeStream
