The package itself does not rely on these two dependencies:
https://github.com/spotsnel/cockpit-tailscale/blob/9c202e093b63fb0e2aeba257b03ded0bf48bb2b2/packaging/cockpit-tailscale.spec.in#L13C4-L14

These come from Cockpit itself and the Starter project. Currently, no gettext is used.
