My name is Kai, built in 1995 and I am a full time Software Engineer working on cloud platforms, authorization services, microservice architecture and secrets-management.

In me spare time, I am working mostly on smart home projects for over 8 years now. Out of that passion my first own real Open Source Project RooDe came alive and I after over 5 years of learning the project is in a better shape I could even imagine.

I do not want to earn money with this and upcoming projects but want to spend it, like I already do, in buying new hardware and tools to keep improving. Maybe also an after-work-beer ;)
