freshest fits saving + swapping

could save freshest fits from the player's 5 slots and potentially use #249 to allow them to swap out their 5 in-game slots by telling the exporter to do so

also could (optionally?) show them on their profile publicly to show off gear builds or something?

as part of this, there should be a page showing the 5 splatnet 3 freshest fits and allowing them to be saved to splashcat. saved outfits can be publicly shown and shared. there should be an option to publicly show the 5 freshest fits from splatnet 3. as part of #249, each saved build(?) should have a button to switch it back into a freshest fit slot.

todo: figure out naming for saved freshest fits. freshest fits should be reserved for the splatnet 3 feature. should splashcat refer to them as saved gear builds?
