Build fails to process scriptlet with ${a} substitutions #4

Steps to reproduce:

create scriptlet preinstall.sh:

a=${b}

include scriplet in pom.xml:

<preInstallScriptFile>preinstall.sh</preInstallScriptFile>

expected result: scriptle included into rpm
actual result: buld fails with exception

[ERROR] ...[Error: unresolvable property or identifier: b]
[ERROR] [Near : {...  ....}]
[ERROR] ^
[ERROR] [Line: 1, Column: 5]
[ERROR] -> [Help 1]

Another example of scriptlet, which is not processed correctly:

PORT=${PORT:-8080}

These substitutions are very typical for rpms and sh scripts in general.
