Uncaught ParseError: syntax error, unexpected '|'

I have installed the package, but when I put "use HasTags" on the models and run the page I get below error.
The models do not contain any tags (table exists before the tag system and has already some data).

The problem was caused by php.
I was using php8.0 on cli, but on the server I used 7.4.
Now I have changed the apache version to 8.0 and the error is gone.
