Inferred rules on boolean (laravel-data v3)

Hi,
I've a very simple Data with two properties: a string and a boolean

class MyData extends Data
{
    public function __construct(
        public readonly string $name,
        
        public readonly bool $isEnabled,
    ) {

    }
}

Trying to decode the rules of this class with MyData::getValidationRules([]) those are converted in:

[
    "name": ["required", "string"],
    "isEnabled: ["boolean"]
]

so if I don't send the isEnabled in the body I get the error: the constructor requires 2 parameters, 1 given

In this case, I must manually add #[Required] on the isEnabled property.

Is it correct that the boolean property does not automatically infer the required as the string does?
