Voting is one idea that we had of a re-usable FISSION Contract.

@ninabreznik from Remix has a Voting Contract how to build a dapp, where a permanently deployed FISSION enabled voting contract might be used. See https://slides.com/ninabreznik/deck-11-13#/

Review and see if this is a good candidate to build / deploy.
