  • We are investigating an issue that is causing spackbot to sometimes fail to update maintainer tags on newly opened PRs
  • Alec mentioned that during the recently tutorials, they realized that the buildcache for the release branch hadn't been pruned after the v0.22.1 patch release. Having binaries linger from the .0 release broke some steps of the tutorial. We should consider updating our pruning strategy to only keep binaries from HEAD for release buildcaches.
  • We are working on a document to show that our GitLab CI infrastructure is SLSA L3 compliant.
  • Ryan opened a design discussion on GitHub about Spack buildcache views.
  • We discussed merging functionality from our sync script into hubcast. This would make it easier for other DOE software teams to benefit from this functionality.
  • Jake is close to deploying an updated vesrion of our analytics database that will capture information about a wider range of GitLab CI jobs (spack-infra PR #942).

Priorities

  • Continue investigating cluster networking issues
  • Investigate what it would take to use of hubcast for Spack CI
  • Continue working towards common stacks
