Looking for help getting Video Conversion working

Expected Behavior

Video and Audio get converted and play in Spacedeck.

Actual Behavior

Videos upload (Progress is showing), however afterwards they keep being displayed as "converting", log just shows them as state='uploading', I tried MP4, AVI and MP3. I also can´t find them in the storage folder (where I guess they would be placed after converting or upload). I have ffmpeg installed via Ubuntu package manager, yet it is also being installed in the docker container from what I understand, which is why it seems strange to me, conversion neither works with docker nor directly running the node application on my server.
Perhaps it´s a configuration error in my side? Pictures and PDF upload and display just fine though.

Possible Solution

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Download Test Videos (.mp4 or .avi) from https://www.learningcontainer.com/mp4-sample-video-files-download/
2. Upload to Spacedeck and wait until upload finishes
3. Wait for conversion

• Node version: 10.24.1
