URL of entry?

Is there any way to include the Entry URL on the digest? My client doesn't always recieve {all_fields} so ideally I would have a digest of names and URLs so that if any havent come through just can click from the email to specifically download it.

Why aren't all fields received all the time? It is possible to insert an additional column with the URL of the entry by adding some code. You're welcome to do this here: https://github.com/soulseekah/Gravity-Forms-Digest-Bulk-Reports/blob/master/gravityforms-digest/gravityforms-digest.php#L361 in both cases where a CSV is mailed as an attachment and when it's plain emailed. You have the $form object in both cases, constructing an admin_url with the form ID in there is quite simple. Submit a pull request and I'll review it and pull it in.
