Currently no clear-cut setup process, which is a turn-off for newcomers. Could we draft this up for the README?

Some steps:

  • Copy database.yml.sample to database.yml
  • Run export TIRAMISU_SECRET_TOKEN=rake secret``
  • Create the database: rake db:create
  • Run the migrations: rake db:migrate

I think that's all.
