[Request] Have an option to use a server address in place of the "SatData" folder

Instead of reading files from a SatData folder, you could, alternatively, input a server address (eg. satellaview.com/server or a GitHub repo maybe) and have the emulator stream the files from there. This would not only provide experienced users with a way to mimic a near-authentic experience on their own, but would pave the way for future revival services to have a streamlined way to receive content.
