does not load using the multi-cart option

It works fine on my system, selecting Poi Poi Ninja World as slot A and having the stbios.bin in the bios folder.

I did the exact same thing with latest build and it does not load. The other 12 games work

I checked and I have the correct CRC file as far as I know of - CRC32 32B2B3DD
