Show message and retry button when email subscription is pending verification

Which problem is this feature trying to solve?

Email subscription form shown again, for email pending verification

What is the expected solution?

Show a pending verification message
Show a button to resend the verification email
Show a button to show subscription form again, in case email address is wrong
