Getting started - Windows / Vagrant

Hi, I am trying to go from an ugly swagger to a beautiful slate.

I have converted the file to MD (after a few deprecated tool issues)
I have installed vagrant (virtual box already running) after a few errors and managed to use your vagrantfile in the repo and have run vagrant up... all good.

The last two lines say:
default: Starting up middleman at http://localhost:4567
default: If it does not come up, check the ~/middleman.log file for any error messages

Probably a stupid question. When I go to the host (windows) browser the local host (http://localhost:4567) is not displaying anything... when I enter slate vagrant SSH the middleman log is empty? SO i assume its running? How do i view it?

I am sure i have missed something... can you guide me... for example, where do i put my md file ? how do I see the localhost output? as you can tell this is not my comfort zone :)
