Is it possible to have new 'language-tabs' when you're reach a certain section?

I'm wondering if it's possible to set a whole new set of 'language-tabs' when the scroll hits a certain section? I've created a new entry in index.html.md with a new set of languages so now I have 'language-tabs' and 'second-language-tabs' and am wondering whether I can set the new ones to be used when a certain point in the scroll has been reached. If this is possible what do you think would be the best approach?
