This pull-request closes #45 by improving the file-globbing we use for "DIR" and "ERA". This needs more work in the future, I think, but we handle things the better way now: * Use ioutil.ReadDir to get all files in the correct directory * Taking into account the directory-prefix * Test each one against the CPM-provided pattern * i.e. "character by character, but ? always works".
