What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Load Shenmue II cdi and play
2: Load What's Shenmue cdi and make sure CDDA is enabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is:
1: Shenmue II should play correctly without crashing
2: No buzzing sound should be produced in What's Shenmue when CDDA audio is
enabled

But instead I see:
1: in Shenmue II, emulator will encounter a fatal error and crash at some point
2: in What's Shenmue, the emulator will produce a high-pitch buzz sound

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: r150

Here's a simple fix I made to resolve both issues.

Hmm, that's exactly the same as what the memset(.., 0, 2352) code should be
doing there.
