Allow rescan of a specific SLP token instead of all tokens, when SLP token history gets corrupted in EC SLP wallet #199

When the Graph servers have an issue, at times the SLP token history gets corrupted. Tokens are not confirmed or even displayed as 'burned', while they are not.

The only way to recover the SLP tokens is to execute a full re-scan of the wallet. When an user has a wallet with a large amount of different tokens and/or TX's, this method is troublesome and very lengthy in time.

Hereby the request to create the possibility to re-scan for a specific SLP token instead of all SLP tokens.

EC failing valid SLP transactions is starting to be quite a large problem for me as well.
I cannot even get a clean validation for the SLP tokens that I have received, additionally EC seems to exclude tokens / inputs that have failed validation from the coin chooser to consolidate them.

Using blockchain services online, shows all the SLP tokens as valid and correct.
