Site Displays; WP Login Fails

I used the first demo to success. Worked like a charm.

I tried the second demo: the site displays fine, but I can't seem to log into the WP instance. I get a 404 from ngnix when I try /wp-admin. I think the issue is with the structure of the htdocs folder, but I not exactly sure where.

Doesn't seem like a cache thing. I cleared mine several times.
