Replace the nested SingleChildScrollViews in the devtools extension with TwoDimensionalScrollView

The current view is not performant since the inner scroll has to be fully laid out so the main/outer one can build.

Describe the solution you'd like
To replace the current nested SingleChildScrollViews with TwoDimensionalScrollView or even TableView from https://pub.dev/packages/two_dimensional_scrollables.

Aditional information
This issue is to track the next step after #3175 and vanlooverenkoen/db_viewer#61.
