"Inherit sidebar from parent" for blog widgets still renders the page's widgets #582

Blog 3.3.x-dev

Create a blog (at the top level of the site tree) with a blog post
Go to the widgets tab
Uncheck "inherit sidebar from parent"
Add some widgets
Save/publish
Check "inherit sidebar from parent"
Save/publish (keeping the widgets)
Go the blog on the frontend

Expected: should not render any widgets

Actual: still renders existing widgets

emteknetnz removed the change/patch label
