Shipping method is not working

We are trying to implement the shipping method with this plugin. Below is our version details:
"silverstripe/cms": "3.6.5@stable",
"silverstripe/framework": "3.6.5@stable",
"silvershop/core": "^2.3",

We have tried to set up "Table shipping method & Zoned Shipping method" but it doesn't reflect with product amount in checkout. Also, we tried to setsup "Distance Shipping method" but it shows error on checkout in the front page.
