Set the default aws region to us-east-1

Could you please expand on the proposal?

For example, why default to us-east-1 instead of another region and for which component (terraform state, DR, etc.)

The us-east-1 is the default one on AWS SDK

After discussing what @g-iannelli is proposing is that in the generated file by furyctl create config the default example value for the region should be us-east-1.
