Misaligned icons and gaps in eww

Much like in Issue #178, I am having weird visual bugs with eww where icons are misaligned, clipping, and the background has a gap in it?

I currently have both JetBrainsMonoNerdMono and Iosevka fonts installed (did not change from the default), and I'm running on a 2k monitor. Any ideas/suggestions on what could fix this?
