Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
目前的 IR 是机器无关的，然而在针对部分体系结构的代码优化过程中，若能引入一些特定于体系结构的指令，则会方便很多。

Describe the solution you'd like
针对每种体系结构引入对应的机器有关IR（可利用 Either 来对现有 IR 类型做扩展）。
