LocalStorageのPARSONAL_BROWSER_RECORDER@RECORD_HISTORY_XXXに、操作していたブラウザ内だけの出退勤履歴データはあるので、その範囲内で平均を算出する

Myレコーダーじゃなくて、KoTのUIで確認でもイイんでは？という検証をこちらで。
