I really like this project!
Do you also archive all the historical taxdump *.dmp files?

If you are interested, I could send you some older files from before 2014-08-01.
I have files from these dates:

2013-02-21
2013_05_03
2014_06_03
2014_07_22

No, I just download available ones from https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/taxdump_archive/.
