Hi there!

Up to version 0.2.0 I had no problems, I installed Sonic Mania for testing but every version after that (currently 0.4.1) causes ShadPS4 to crash completely after starting every game (deleting and reinstalling the emulator & a game did nothing) - this is also logged in the Windows Event Viewer:

Log attached, I'm at a loss and would really appreciate some help.
Many thanks for ShadPS4!

Your video card seems to be outdated, you'd better upgrade it.
What's your CPU?

I mean, if they had no issues on earlier shad versions, the CPU shouldn't be relevant. I wish I could provide some actually helpful information, but their log doesn't seem to show anything critical.

I have a GeForce GTX 4070 Ti OC, ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-BTF Motherboard, Intel Core i5-13600KF CPU & DDR5 RAM - not exactly old but thanks for reply!

I think they were referring to the graphics driver

Yes, I have already tested everything possible - deleted everything, re-downloaded ShadPS4, redid everything in a different directory, all without success... I just don't understand it...

The latest NVidia driver 566.03 is installed, which is what I first suspected...

what might help:
install this: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
run as administrator
try running the emulator from another folder, perhaps leaving the games on the same drive

Hey @DanielSvoboda
Thank you very much for your support and your work on ShadPS4. I have tried all the solutions, unfortunately without success. Then downloaded version 0.2.0 again - this version runs without any problems, all subsequent versions simply close when a game is started... I'm at my wit's end...

System and graphics card drivers are up to date, unfortunately it makes no difference.
