Update input files/sources

According to the documentation, the following need to be in an input directory (separate from the model run director):

SFALLMSAAM.DBF
SFALLMSAPM.DBF
SFALLMSAMD.DBF
SFALLMSAEV.DBF
SFALLMSAEA.DBF
nodes.xls
transitLineToVehicle.csv
transit_line_rename.csv
Transit_Validation_2019 - MA.xlsx

Please update to pull these files directly from the model run:
SFALLMSAAM.DBF
SFALLMSAPM.DBF
SFALLMSAMD.DBF
SFALLMSAEV.DBF
SFALLMSAEA.DBF
transitLineToVehicle.csv
nodes.xlsx

And then add a copy of these files to this repo in a "support" (or otherwise appropriately named) subfolder:
transit_line_rename.csv
Transit_Validation_2019 - MA.xlsx

Since nodes.xls and transitLineToVehicle.csv are to be read from the model_run_dir, and transit_line_rename.csv is to be committed, delete these files and rmdir Q:\Model Development\Simwrapper Validation\resources\ once we're done with cleaning these files/code up
