Update the file format of saved features to reduce their size.

Corpus 3 audio:
7.4G recordings/USF
3.8G recordings/Mt. Sinai
4.0G recordings/VUMC
835M recordings/WCM
1.7G recordings/MIT
Total: 17.73 GB.

Processed: 42 GB -> derived data is 24 GB
