Lexically match reproschema protocol to RedCap pdfs

This script extracts text from all PDF files (e.g. Bridge2AI RedCap) in a directory and saves it to an output file. It then finds specified fields ('question', 'preamble', 'name') in JSON files within another directory (e.g. ReproSchema version of Bridge2AI protocol). The script checks these fields against the extracted PDF text, values that are present in the text, saves the filtered results to a new JSON file, and prints the filtered values.
