successCommentCondition not able to check PR labels Reopened

Hi I see the issue #920 has been closed but it is still not working as expected for me. I am seeing the same issue I highlighted in this comment: #920 (comment). When testing using the example loadash, it ends up filtering out all of the PRs instead of the ones without the label. I have even tried looking through the code and cannot determine what may be causing this.

As you can see it should not have skipped commenting on PR number 29.

Resolved by updating my semantic release version itself, apologies for the false alarm. Thanks for helping with the issue!!
