Rewrite the "text editor" section #489

We have several long paragraphs in the "text editor" section (https://seismo-learn.org/seismology101/programming/editor/). To me, most of them are not necessary. So I propose to rewrite the whole section like:

Why do we need a text editor
We recommend vscode
How to install vscode
Basic usage of vscode

Then, in the appendix, we can recommend more vscode plugins.
